At ElleHacks, our mission is to create a space for women & nonbinary students across North America to design, develop, and demo their extraordinary ideas. Open to students from all backgrounds and experience levels, ElleHacks is THE hackathon to make new friends, network with recruiters, and pick up cool skills through workshops, speaker sessions, activities, and games.
E L I G I B I L I T Y
1. Partipants must be located in or studying at an institute in North America.
2. Only participants who have received an acceptance email from info@ellehacks.com are permitted to submit their projects on Devpost.
3. You do not need to have a team to submit a project. If you have a team, it may have up to 4 members. You can find and join a team on our Discord server.
4. All team members must join ElleHacks' Discord server (bit.ly/discord-ellehacks) and Hopin event (hopin.com/events/ellehacks).

Requirements
1. Your project must be created on the weekend of the hackathon (Friday, February 11 - 5:00 PM EST to Sunday, February 13 - 10:00 AM EST). Do not submit projects from past hackathons or projects that were built before hackathon. Any team who violates this rule will be disqualified.
2. Your project must be completed within the submission period. The deadline to submit your team's project on Devpost is Sunday, February 13th at 10:00 AM EST (Toronto time).
3. If your project involves code, your code must be available in a public repository (a link to your Github repository which must be public).
4. Please ensure your video is 4 minutes or less.
4. Plagarism is not tolerated and any team with plagarized work will be disqualified.

The first place prize is given to the best project overall, chosen by ElleHacks judges. The prize is an Apple Watch SE for each member of the winning team.
2nd Place Overall
The second place prize is given to the second best project overall, chosen by ElleHacks judges. The prize is a Nintendo Switch Lite for each member of the winning team.
3rd Place Overall
The third place prize is given to the third best project overall, chosen by ElleHacks judges. The prize is a Google Nest Mini for each member of the winning team.
